Missing DLL's

Sometimes, Launcher wont launch or ColorBot wont Aim, here is fix.

1. Download Visual Studio -> CLICK HERE

2. Choose DESKTOP DEVELOPMENT WITH C++

1. Install it, and it should automatically download all the DLL's

2. Restart your PC
