FAQ
If your question isn't listed here, please open a ticket on our Discord server.
Q: Do I need to re-spoof every time I restart Windows? A: No. Our permanent spoofer is truly permanent. Once installed, your spoof remains active - even after restarting your PC.
Q: My internet connection is not working after spoofing. How do I fix it?
A: Please go to:
Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center > Change adapter settings
Right-click your active network adapter and choose Disable, then Enable it again.
If the issue persists, please open a support ticket.
Q: I restarted Windows and my serials reverted. Will I get banned? What should I do? A: If you haven’t launched the game yet, you're safe. Simply re-spoof using our tool. We recommend verifying your serials before launching any game. Note: This issue mostly occurs on ASUS motherboards.
Q: How long should I wait to be considered safe from a delayed ban? A: We recommend waiting at least 2 hours after spoofing. Most delayed bans happen within the first hour.
Q: The spoofer didn’t work for me and I got banned. What should I do? A: Please open a ticket. Our support team will investigate and assist you promptly.
Q: Loader closes after clicking “One-Click Spoof” A: Please reopen the loader and try again. This is usually due to a network issue on your end. We are working on an offline version of the MAC spoofing mechanism that won’t require downloading dependencies.
Q: “Signature verification failed (timestamp too old)” A: Sync your system's Date & Time settings via Windows Settings.
Q: “WMIC is not recognized as an internal or external command” A: Please follow this WMIC Installation Guide to reinstall WMIC.
Q: Loader is not opening A: Ensure all dependencies listed in Step 5: Windows Setup are installed. If the issue continues, download dControl and turn off Windows Defender temporarily.
Q: I received a BSOD after launching the spoofer A: Our protection detected suspicious activity or applications running on your PC. Please close all background applications or consider reinstalling Windows. If the issue remains, open a ticket and tag @Spiritx.
Q: I was banned after spoofing on EAC/BE (e.g. Fortnite) A: Did you follow the Disk Bypass method in our guide? If not, redo the steps and make sure to perform at least a RAID reinstall.
Q: Does the permanent spoofer support Valorant? A: Yes, Valorant is supported. However, the built-in TPM bypass is mainly designed for EAC/BE (e.g. Fortnite tournaments). For Valorant-specific pop-up bypasses, please open a ticket to gain access.
Q: What is Kernel Spoofing? A: Kernel Spoofing is used for motherboards that can’t be spoofed using One-Click (e.g. Dell, Lenovo, Alienware, some Chinese boards). Note: This feature is still in beta and temporary = you’ll need to spoof again after every restart.
Kernel Spoofer is mainly only for EAC/BE game titles.
Q: Does the cleaner actually work?
A: The cleaner is not intended to be used with the permanent spoofer.
It is meant for advanced users who understand the cleaning and spoofing process.
Suggested use: Cleaner
→ Kernel Spoof
Q: Why do my serials say “Default String” or “To be filled by OEM”? A: This is expected and perfectly normal. Our spoofer has rewritten your SMBIOS tables with valid serials based on your real motherboard manufacturer. Nothing to worry about.
